I know the brutal and lasting impact of trauma and loss. I’ve used EMDR, Brainspotting, and somatic therapy to treat my own PTSD and anxiety. I understand the importance of finding a therapist who supports you and actually makes a difference. I love our first session together, as you begin to notice what trust and unconditional support look and feel like.

I am a counselor specializing in working with children of all ages! My work focuses on empowering children, tweens, and teens by fostering healthy emotional regulation and family relationships. I am passionate about thinking of the need for mental health, not as an emergency or as a crisis only occasion, but as a rational way of living a well-rounded, healthy life.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Grand County, Colorado. Here I live with my husband, daughter and 2 dogs in this giant outdoor playground we call "home." I am grateful for the support and wisdom I have been given along the way as I have both endured and overcome. Now it's my honor to do the same for you.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 14 years of experience, I help clients navigate anxiety, life transitions, and personal growth with a grounded, compassionate approach. My work is rooted in the belief that therapy should feel both supportive and empowering—helping you better understand yourself while building tools for lasting change.
I offer a unique blend of traditional and nature-based therapy, creating opportunities for healing both in-session and outdoors. Nature can provide a powerful backdrop for reflection, movement, and new perspective, and I enjoy tailoring the experience to each client’s needs.
Outside of my practice, I love hiking, mountain biking, and spending time with my dog, Luci—activities that continue to inspire my work and my belief in living a connected, balanced life
