I have spent more than half my life in nursing, caring for thousands of patients across Labor & Delivery, NICU, and Women’s Oncology. I earned my BSN with a minor in psychology from The University of Georgia and The Medical College of Georgia, later completing dual master’s degrees in Midwifery and Women’s Health at Georgetown University.
My work supporting women through childbirth, postpartum transitions, and peri/menopause strengthened my belief in whole‑person healing. This led me to pursue advanced training in Functional Medicine and psychiatry, and I am now nearing completion of my Post‑Master’s in Psychiatry. I integrate evidence‑based practices from Eastern and Western medicine, focusing on root‑cause evaluation of mental health concerns, hormones, thyroid function, nutrition, sexual wellness, and lifestyle. Patients describe me as a calm, empathetic listener who values collaboration and individualized care.
Outside of practice, I’m a lifelong learner who loves spending time with my family, exploring tropical regions, gardening, reading, and hiking around Golden. I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve this community and support patients in achieving balanced, meaningful well‑being.
