Amanda provides integrative care, working with the patient’s health care provider and therapist. She believes in a holistic treatment approach to provide optimal health and overall wellness, and she practices evidence-based treatment. Her treatment goals include providing improved quality of life and she is eager to work with patients who are motivated to make personal changes.

After completing residency in Seattle at the University of Washington she worked in a private clinic there for three years prior to relocating to Winter Park and joining her Dad's practice She enjoys taking caring of everyone from newborns to those "who don't want to get old." She also loves the variety of patients and conditions she treats from summer to winter in the valley.

I have a passion for creating a therapeutic alliance with clients to help them achieve their goals and to become their best self. Utilizing evidence based therapies, I am able to peel back the layers and get to the heart of one's core issues, resulting in healing. Choosing to seek professional help is a big decision and choosing the right counselor is essential to achieving success.

Dr. Lampey is a Colorado native raised in Longmont and from Estes Park where she and her husband (Dr. Barry) practiced for 9 years. Her interest in medicine dates back at least as far as her first aid classes in the Junior National Ski Patrol. In her spare time Dr. Lampey enjoys road and mountain biking, all types of skiing, hiking with her dog, cooking and quilting. Dr. Lampey has been voted Best Doctor/Medical Provider of Grand County in 2016!
