The Grand County Housing Authority acquires, develops, leases, and operates affordable housing for Grand County residents with limited incomes. 

The Grand Foundation and the Leadership for a Sustainable Community Committee have partnered to create this fund. This collaborative effort came into play after identifying needs in the community for economic sustainability.

A study showed the disparity between the local workforce living in the Fraser Valley, and individuals able to afford housing in the Fraser Valley. The Fund is designed to provide housing assistance to eligible applicants.
