Checking in with yourself on a daily basis is an important step in monitoring your mental health and making sure your basic mental needs are being met. Print out this checklist and put it somewhere you will notice it and be able to take a few minutes each day to really think about your answers.
Depending on your insurance status and income level, vouchers can cover costs of some doctor visits, mental health visits, and prescriptions, plus well-child exams for children and acute or preventative dental visits for children and pregnant women.
