We get it. Understanding the healthcare system is challenging. Affording the health care you need is difficult. Our Patient Navigation and Health Coverage team provides access, resources, and support for all our Grand and Jackson County neighbors to lead their healthiest lives.  Services are FREE and offered in English or Spanish.

Peer Support

The opposite of addiction is connection.  Connect with a Peer Recovery Coordinator for help on your path to recovery from substance use or mental health challenges.  These services are offered in English or Spanish and are FREE to Grand and Jackson County residents.

Peer Support

We provide outpatient programs and support services that guide people through the process of transition or recovery. Our scope of work includes: withdrawal management, individual therapy, life skills development, holistic coaching, and more.

Substance Use Support

Rehabs.org was developed by bringing together experts in substance misuse treatment from leading nonprofit, academic, and government institutions. Through this important resource, individuals can hear stories from people with similar experiences, discover the answers they need for recognizing and dealing with substance misuse, and locate support.

Suicide Loss Support Group

Weekly virtual group therapy session for the family and friends of those who have died by suicide. Facilitated by a licensed therapist and suicide loss survivor, Carly Pollack, LCSW.

$75 per session with scholarships available
