Northwestern Colorado has received a mobile addiction clinic to provide addiction recovery to rural northwest communities. Porch Light Health and Front Range Clinic will provide MAT (Medications for Addiction Treatment), counseling, and supportive services using a series of pop-up clinics.
The opposite of addiction is connection. Connect with a Peer Recovery Coordinator for help on your path to recovery from substance use or mental health challenges. These services are offered in English or Spanish and are FREE to Grand and Jackson County residents.

Through this important resource, individuals can hear stories from people with similar experiences, discover the answers they need for recognizing and dealing with substance misuse, and locate support.
SMART Recovery, short for Self-Management and Recovery Training, is a type of addiction
recovery program that aims to help people cope and recuperate from all kinds of addiction,
from alcohol abuse to gambling and drug abuse. This program is not the same as
famous 12-step programs used by organizations such as Alcoholics Anonymous and the
Narcotics Anonymous.
